Effective October 5, 2009, Quality Companies purchased Triton Resource Group to further its mission of providing “Quality People – Quality Service”, and plans to develop Triton into one of the cornerstones of its growing organization. Triton will remain under the guidance of Mr. Jimmy Delcambre as its Operations Manager, and the ownership change will provide Triton with the full resources and support of the Quality Companies, including: added financial strength; dedicated and fully staffed HSE, Risk Management, and Human Resources departments, as well as access to Quality’s nationwide recruiting network.

 

Quality Companies began as Quality Construction & Production, LLC (QCP), a small oil and gas construction and fabrication firm founded by Troy Collins and Nathan Granger in 2001. QCP’s solid growth enabled the firm to purchase the contract operations and compliance divisions of Production Management Industries, LLC (PMI) from Superior Energy Services on April 9, 2007 founding Quality Production Management, LLC (QPM). QPM has also flourished under the Quality Companies banner earning the Lafayette District MMS S.A.F.E. award on March 19, 2009 in only its second year of operations. During its inspections of GOM properties operated by QPM, MMS inspected 318 platform safety components and noted QPM’s Incident of Noncompliance-to- Component ratio of .028 which was substantially better than the industry average of .054. MMS also noted the facilities inspected were rated excellent in maintenance and QPM facilities personnel were most cooperative in assisting in the MMS inspection activity.
