Monthly Safety Device Inspection & PSV Worksheets contain condensed information & prompts:

• The OOT evaluates and provides relevant information pertaining to reoccurring out of tolerance safety devices or inspections due within the next testing period. This information can be brought to the supervisor's attention by email, web access, or fax.
• OOT has the capability to trend a possible 4140 variables per platform
